Back size equates to your usual dress size -

32” - US 4-6
34” – US 8
36” – US 10
38” – US 12

40” – US 14

42” – US 16

44” – US 18

If your cup size is a larger proportion, choose the size based on your dress size, and sister size the cup up or down accordingly. For example, if you are a dress size US 10 and wear a US 38G cup, you would purchase a 36DDD/F. A “sister size” is when you go up or down in the band and reverse for the cup, for example, a 34C sister size could be a 32D or a 36B, and a 40D could be a 38DD/E or a 42C. You can sister size multiple times if needs be.
